MEET THE COACH
I have been in the fitness industry for nearly 5 years myself, as well as training people along the way and getting them to the condition they always hoped they would be.
After being in a near fatal crash and starting all over again from scratch after lots of hard work and dedication for nearly 4 years. I understand how frustrating and demoralising it can be to start at your very lowest. I want to help as many people as possible bring themselves from that low point both physically and mentally to feel and look great again!

Ollie is an exceptional trainer, I have been seeing him three times a week for six months. Every session is meticulously planned with a huge variety of different exercises. He is very skilled at modifying these to suit. I recently broke my ankle, not exercise related, and Ollie had been doing chair based sessions with me to help me mentally and physically while I recuperate. He did a huge amount of research into what I could and couldn't do with my ankle and every session was beneficial. I cant recommend Ollie enough.
